Mindfulness

This term, we are completing a Mindfulness course with Gabriela. We sit in a circle, close our eyes and focus on our breathing, while enjoying the present moment. We also have a journal where we record our thoughts, feelings and goals from the week.

  1. I love doing mindfulness it helps me say calm because I can never stay still (but mostly I can stay still)
